We take great pride in processing your order as fast as possible. All orders ship from our facility here in Houston, Texas, United States.

U.S Shipping (FREE):

While we try our best to get orders out the same day. However, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship. If you have a special requirement and would like to purchase expedited shipping, please send us an email at support@pipevise.com.

International Shipping:

International orders ship on Mondays and Thursdays. Delivery times average 7 to 21 days depending on your country. Your countries customs and duties may apply at time of delivery (buyer is responsible for these fees). For more information on customs fees click here.  

UK Customers:

Customs duties/VAT is not calculated into the total shown at checkout. Customs duties/VAT is charged at delivery. It is the customers responsibility to pay these fees.

What if I entered the incorrect address?

If the incorrect address is entered at checkout and your item ships but is returned to Pipe Vise, you will be charged accordingly to re-ship the item to the correct destination.

If the order goes missing or is delivered to the incorrect address entered at checkout, Pipe Vise cannot be held accountable to refund or re-ship the order to your preferred location.

What if the courier was unable to contact the receiver?

If the courier is unable to contact the receiver (you), and the package is returned to the sender (Pipe Vise), you will be refunded the full amount minus the costs incurred to ship the item to you. If the courier is unable to contact the receiver, and the package is abandoned or discarded by the courier, you will not be eligible for a refund. Pipe Vise is not responsible for lack of communication between the customer and the courier.

What if my package is lost in transit?

If your package is delayed, please allow up to 21 days after the last update from the courier before filing a lost in transit claim. Online shopping has drastically increased due to current events such as COVID-19. With this sharp increase in online shopping, couriers are handling an unprecedented volume of packages and are trying their best to deliver packages in a timely manner.
