Fulfillment & Shipping Expectations
Due to increased volume during the sale, we expect extended fulfillment times. Our goal is to have all orders shipped within 7-10 business days. We are aiming for 3 business days, but our team is small and Black Friday brings unprecedented shipping volume. We appreciate your patience!
All orders ship directly from our Houston, Texas facility. Carrier delays may occur, so we strongly recommend placing Christmas orders before the end of November to ensure on time delivery.
Once orders leave our facility, we have no control over the speed at which the carrier (UPS, USPS, or Fedex) chooses to deliver the package. Pipe Vise does not offer refunds for late or delayed shipments. If you are not satisfied with the carrier delivery time, you must resolve this with the carrier directly. We are only able to help with lost or damaged shipments. Pipe Vise deems an order as lost if it has not received a carrier scan within 14 days from the last scan.
